A yummy recipe great in pitas, on bread, or any way you like it. Add or subtract amount of ingredients according to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken salad

22 oz. chicken breast
2 cups grapes, halved
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons miracle whip or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons curry powder

Recipe Directions for chicken salad

  1. Chop cooked chicken and put in medium bowl.

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

  3. You may use canned chicken-just remember that will probably raise your sodium levels.
