A favorite dish served on assorted crackers, bread or serve in stemware lined with lettuce leaves.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 cups grapes, halved
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 lettuce leaves (optional)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

Stir together mayonnaise and next four ingredients in a large bowl. Add chopped chicken and grapes, tossing to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Stir in pecans just before serving. Serve with assorted crackers as an appetizer or as a sandwich for a light lunch. Also may serve in stemware lined with lettuce leaves for a formal luncheon or brunch.
