1 shredded carrot
1/2 cucumber
4 artichoke hearts
1 head of romaine lettuce
1/4 cup of feta cheese

  1. Pan fry chicken until cooked through

  2. Shred romaine lettuce into bowl

  3. shred carrots over lettuce

  4. cut cucumber into half dome pieces

  5. sprinkle feta

  6. mix everything together
