Easy chicken salad. Serve on croissants

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken salad

1 lb chicken breast
1/4 cup grapes (red)
2 tbsp cashew nuts, chopped
1/4 cup miracle whip

Recipe Directions for Chicken salad

  1. Boil Chicken till cook through. Let cool about 30 minutes.

  2. Sliver grapes, and chop whole nuts. Shred chicken.

  3. Combine all ingredients.
