Chicken Salad made from roasted chicken dark meat sections.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

6 1/2 oz chicken, dark
1/3 cup cranberries
1 (40g) stalk celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp relish
1/4 cup red onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

Chop cooked dark meat of chicken and place in bowl. Finely chop the celery and red onion then add to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
