Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

3 breasts chicken
1/2 mango
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/2 green bell pepper
1/4 red onion
2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Bake chicken breasts then cube.

  2. Dice mango, bell pepper and red onion.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.
