3 lb split chicken breast, skinless
2 tbsp onion, chopped
2/3 cup celery, chopped
1 1/3 cups miracle whip light
1 salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken breasts. Remove chicken from bones and cut into pieces. Add onion, celery, salt & pepper, and miracle whip.
