Nick's Gourmet chicken salad, rich, creamy, filling, and well seasoned. Celery and green onions give it a satisfying crunch. Each serving is about 3/4 cup. Good on wheat, white, croissants, or crackers.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

5 cups chicken breast, baked, cubed
3 cups diced celery
3 cups diced green onions
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp ground sage
2 tsp dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. bake chicken breasts with seasonings of choice, cool, de-bone, cube.

  2. Mix all ingredients well.

  3. Makes 10-12 servings
