Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

2 chicken breast, poached and shredded
6 tablespoons Fat Free Mayo
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic
3 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Put poached shredded chicken in a bowl and add ingredients one at a time. Chicken salad should have enough mayo to hold it all together and still appear moist.

  2. Serve.
