Homemade chicken salad using canned chicken breast

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

10 oz chicken breast
4 boiled eggs
4 tbs light mayonaise
1/2 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped pickle
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

Combine all ingredients until well stirred. Serve with whole wheat crackers, as a sandwich or on a bed of lettace. 1 cup serving.
