summer time favorite. substitue canned chunk chicken is desired.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken salad

3 3/4 cups chicken breast, cooked, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 3/4 cups red seedless grapes, sliced
1 cup hellman's dijonnaise
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for chicken salad

  1. combine all ingredients except dijonnaise in a bowl and mix well.

  2. add the dijonnaise and mix to coat.

  3. chill, covered, until seving time.

  4. refrigerate any leftovers.
