Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
3 scallions
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 tsp lemon peel
1 salt
1 black pepper
3 cups chicken breast
8 leafs romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, scallions, parsley,lemon peel, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to blend. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
