Cold Chicken Salad w. Grapes & Cucumber

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

2 cups chicken breast, cubed
2 tbsp light mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dill
1/2 cup red seedless grapes
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Season chicken breasts w/ salt & pepper. Bake until cooked.

  2. Allow chicken to cool completely, then cut into cubes.

  3. Cut grapes in half, and cut cucumber into 1/4 slices.

  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate. Salt & pepper to taste.
