Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Cook chicken & dice (1/2" cubes)

  2. Mix in Mayo, salt, & pepper... & anything else you want like celery or other seasonings.

  3. Serve and keep leftovers refrigerated. Keeps for about 4 to 5 days if made fresh.
