Chicken Salad to Bring for Potluck

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

2 pounds chicken breast
1 cup sweet pickle relish
3 stalks celery
2 cups red seedless grapes
3/4 cup Miracle Whip Light

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Bake or boil chicken breasts until done. Add salt to chicken breasts before cooking.

  2. Let chicken cool then shred or dice.

  3. Mix in other ingredients and chill overnight.

  4. Makes 12 half cup servings or 24 quarter cup servings.
