Quick and easy chicken salad. Eat with pretzels, wheat thins, or as a sandwich.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1 1/2 cup grapes
3 cups chicken breast
1 1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Boil Chicken in pot

  2. Cut grapes in 4 pieces

  3. Chop Walnuts

  4. add both to bowl.

  5. Let chicken cool and chop in food processor (i use a magic bullet)

  6. Add chicken to bowl with other ingredients.

  7. Add miracle whip and stir it up.

  8. I also add some parsley flakes and pepper.

  9. Put in fridge and let it get nice a cold.
