Grilled Chicken Salad made with Celery, Onion, Mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

4 grilled chicken breast
2 stalks celery
1/2 white onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Old Bay

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Grill chicken breasts over charcoal, sprinkling with Old Bay, until juices run clear.

  2. Chill chicken in refrigerator for at least two hours. When chilled, dice chicken into 1/4 inch chunks, and place into mixing bowl.

  3. Chop celery and onion into small peices and place into bowl with chicken, add mayonnaise and stir together. Salt and Pepper to taste.
