Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1 cup cooked chicken
1 egg, hard boiled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tsp celery salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

Chop boiled egg and add to other ingredients. Either place on a bed of lettuce or add to lettuce and tomato to make a sandwich.
