Chicken salad made with yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
8 oz chopped skinless, boneless Grilled Chicken breasts
2 stalks celery

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Grill 2 chicken breasts (I used a George Forman-type grill) and chop up as finely as you want in your salad.

  2. Chop up 2 celery sticks, once again, as small as desired.

  3. Combine in a bowl, add 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, and season with Nature's Seasons and Lemon Pepper
