My homemade chicken salad with cranberries but without apples

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1 chicken breast
1/2 cup of celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup of dry cranberries
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 dash of salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Grill chicken breast skinless with very little olive oil.

  2. Chop chicken breast in small pieces.

  3. Chop onion and celery as well

  4. Add to Magic Bullet chicken, celery, onion, salt, pepper, cranberries and mayonnaise.

  5. Blended well and serve it over bread as a sandwich or inside a pita bread.
