20 ounce skinless chicken breast, (chopped)
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup grapes, red halfed
1 cup apple, chopped
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon light mayonaise
1 tablespoon mustard

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Combined all ingredients and serve on a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce and 1/2 half avacado.

  2. Salt and Pepper to taste
