1/2 cup chicken breast
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon carrots
1 tablespoon celery
1/2 tablespoon pickle relish

  1. Cook chicken over dry heat

  2. coarsley chop chicken

  3. chop carrots and celery, add to chicken

  4. add pickle relish

  5. put all ingredients in food processor and mix until desired consistency is reached
