basic chicken salad - no nuts or fruit

Recipe Ingredients for chicken salad

2 cups chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise, fat free
1/4 cup celery
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish

Recipe Directions for chicken salad

  1. cube the chicken

  2. mix mayo with 1 t. dry mustard, garlic powder, 1/8 t. cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. add mayo mixture to chicken

  4. fold in relish and celery.

  5. chill several hours.
