Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

2 lbs roasted chicken, skin removed
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup grapes, seedless and quartered
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
1/2 cup dill relish
2 tbs honey
1 tbsp mustard, spicy
2 tbsp basil, dried
2 tbsp dill weed, dried

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. remove skin from roasted chicken and diced

  2. add dice celery, grapes and carrots

  3. Mix together mayo, dill relish, honey, mustard, basil and dill weed
