Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 oz Pasta Penne Rigate
16 oz sweet peas
6 hard boiled eggs
1 med. apple
8 oz hellmans light mayonnaise
1 med onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Hard boil eggs

  2. Cook and drain pasta, set aside

  3. Cook and season chicken and onion, shred and set aside

  4. Drain peas, cut apple

  5. Mix mayo with chicken.

  6. Then mix all ingredients together in one big bowl.
