1 lb Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Light Mayonnaise
1 cup Celery
1 cup Onions
2 oz Walnuts, Black, Dried
1 cup Grapes

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Simmer 1lb chicken breast in salted water until tender, or use equivalent amount precooked chicken breast.

  2. combine cooked chicken with all other ingredients and salt and prpper to taste, if desired.
