An easy chicken salad you can prepare quickly at home and assemble for lunch at work!!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken salad pitas

10 oz. chicken breast (in water)
1/8 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. red seedless grapes, quartered
2 T. sweet relish
1/2 c. light Miracle Whip
1 leaf Romaine lettuce
1 Whole wheat pita, halved

Recipe Directions for Chicken salad pitas

  1. Mix first six ingredients.

  2. Place half of the lettuce leaf into each pita half.

  3. Fill each pita half with 1/4 cup of the chicken salad.

  4. Serve immediately.
