Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad Pita Pocket

2 3/10 oz Celery
1 3/10 oz Onions
2 3/5 oz Cucumber
2 2/5 oz Grape Tomatoes
1 oz Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 oz Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
4 4/5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 oz Cheddar Cheese, Light, Old (Cracker Barrel)
4 4/5 oz Romaine Lettuce
2 serving Creamy Caesar Dressing (Karft - Calorie Wise)
2 serving Pita Bread (Sunrise Pita Company)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad Pita Pocket

  1. Cut pita bread in half and open to make pockets

  2. Dice all veggies

  3. Shred the cheese

  4. Dice the (pre-cooked) chicken breast

  5. Add 2 tbsp Creamy Caesar dressing

  6. Toss all ingredients together and divide into pockets.

  7. Add Salt & Pepper to taste
