60 grams Olive Oil Mayonnaise

  1. Roast chicken breasts.

  2. Cool

  3. Chop to desired size.

  4. Mix with mayo. do one tablespoon at a time, depending on how juicy the chicken is you may not need all of the mayo.

  5. If desired add a few dashes of onion powder and stir.

  6. This salad is best if chilled over night before serving.
