Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad a la John

12 oz canned chicken
2 oz Greek yogurt, plain
1 oz Bread and Butter Pickle Chips
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 dash garlic powder (not garlic salt)
1 dash onion powder or onion flakes
1 tsp dried tarragon

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad a la John

Rinse chicken meat in a colander to reduce sodium content. Chop or dice celery as desired. Chop pickle slices. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Serve on a salad of lettuce and greens. Refrigerate leftovers.
