A simple homemade chicken salad. You can sub tuna for the chicken as well!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad-homemade

1.5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 tbsp Light Dressing
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1 tbsp Pickle Relish, Hot Dog
1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad-homemade

  1. Cook chicken as you prefer then shred using two forks.

  2. Mix all ingredients and enjoy on mixed greens, in a hollow tomato or whole wheat bread!
