Lighter version of chicken salad using greek nonfat yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad with Grapes & Walnuts

14 oz chicken breast, cooked
6 oz Lowfat Plain Yogurt
80 g grapes, red seedless, sliced in half
2 oz walnut pieces
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 T light mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad with Grapes & Walnuts

Cut chicken into bite-size chunks. Add the rest of ingredients & mix till well incorporated. For best results, refrigerate 30 min - 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
