This chicken salad is easy and delicious! Omit the Walnuts to cut some calories out, but toasted for about 8 minutes in the oven (300 degrees or so) they are delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad with Grapes

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup whole Red Seedless Grapes
1/4 cup Raw Walnuts
1.5 oz Mayonnaise
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp Marjoram, Dried
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad with Grapes

Shred the chicken, toast the walnuts, and cut the grapes in quarters then mix everything in a bowl and put in a tortilla, pita, or on whole wheat bread.
