1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 2/5 grams Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
45 grams Fat Free Yogurt, plain
45 grams Spicy Brown Mustard
1/3 cups chopped celery
1/3 cups seedless grapes, halved
1/3 cups chopped apples

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad Dijon with Grapes and Apples

  1. preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Rub the chicken all over with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Place on the grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is no longer pink.

  4. Allow the chicken to cool, then cut into bite sized pieces.
