Used on crackers, rolled in lettuce leaves, or for sandwiches. Made with canned chicken breast meat. Toss in a chopped apple or some raisins if you like, but those calories are not included here. This is a quick take-to-work for lunch recipe. About 1/2 the fat comes from the walnuts.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad with Curry, Tabasco, and Walnuts

2 oz. canned Chicken Breast, drained
1 1/2 tbs. Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
1/2 tbs. curry powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad with Curry, Tabasco, and Walnuts

Mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to three days. Recipe is enough for one medium-sized sandwich. Calories do not include bread.
