A lower calorie version of chicken salad that can be used on a sandwich, in a wrap, or on a bed of lettuce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad by Cheryl

10 oz canned chicken breast
150 grams greek yogurt
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
3 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp Miracle Whip Light

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad by Cheryl

  1. Drain and flake chicken breast.

  2. Chop celery and onion.

  3. Grate carrot.

  4. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well.

  5. Refrigerate until time to eat.
