Recipe Ingredients for Chicken salad with almonds

50 g Romaine Lettuces, shredded
20 g Almonds, chopped, unsalted, dry-toasted
80 g Chicken breast, (roasted or boiled), with salt and pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken salad with almonds

  1. Mix lemon juice, oil and vinegar

  2. Cut Chicken breast into pieces, foil it and bake it with salt and pepper. (200 C for 10-15 mins)

  3. Cut lettuces into pieces, stir it with dressing.

  4. Add chicken pieces on top of the green.

  5. Add Crashed almonds on top of the salad

  6. Viola~
