Recipe Ingredients for chicken rotissoire, stewed

500 g chicken, roasted, without skin, cubed
110 g onion, chopped
10 g garlic, chopped
85 g mushroom, chopped
170 g zucchini, chopped
420 g tomato, canned, chopped
45 g olives, green, pitted, chopped
1 tbsp canola oil
1 c water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce

Recipe Directions for chicken rotissoire, stewed

  1. saute the onion in the oil until tender.

  2. add the garlic and saute for a minute.

  3. add the mushroom, zucchini, tomato and water.

  4. season, bring to boil, simmer on reduced heat for 10 minutes.

  5. add the chicken and toss until coated.

  6. simmer a further 10 minutes max.

  7. add the olives and turn off heat.
