Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rollatini

18 oz chicken cutlet
6 oz prosciutto
6 oz Provolone Cheese
1 1/2 egg
3 oz white wine
2 oz olive oil
3 oz bacon
4 oz breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rollatini

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Pound cutlets until thin

  3. Dip in egg

  4. Coat in breadcrumbs

  5. Place 1 slice of prosciutto and 1 slice of cheese in the middle of cutlet.

  6. Roll cutlet.

  7. Place bacon around cutlet. Secure with toothpick.

  8. Mix olive oil and wine, pour into baking dish.

  9. Place chicken in dish

  10. Back 20-25 minutes
