Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rogan Josh

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
6 tomatoes
1 onion
1 pound spinach

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rogan Josh

  1. Stir fry the chicken in a non-stick pan. Add the onions, till lightly browned. Stir in 3 tbsps Rogan Josh Indian spice paste. Add 6 chopped tomatoes and water to barely cover. Simmer for 15 minutes till nearly cooked. Add frozen or fresh spinach and simmer for 5-10 minutes more.

  2. For a creamier sauce, add 100ml fresh cream or equivalent.

  3. Serve with basmati rice.
