Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Roasted Vegetables

453 grams Potato, Flesh And Skin
10 oz Carrots Baby Cut
1/2 medium White Onion
16 ounces Boneless Skinless Thighs
12 oz All Natural Chicken Gravy
1 1/2 cup Frozen Sweet Peas

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Roasted Vegetables

  1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray.

  2. Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in.

  3. Sprinkle chicken thighs with a little salt and pepper; place over vegetables.

  4. Pour gravy over top.

  5. Cover, cook on Low for 8-10 hours (I did 8 and it was perfect).

  6. Stir in peas and cover.

  7. Increase temp to High and cook 15 minutes more until peas are tender.
