32 oz Roasted Red Peppers
8 tbs butter
8 oz heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken in Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Cook tenders in oven for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Place red peppers in blenders and mix. Cut up chicken into small pieces. Melt butter in pot. Add heavy cream. Add red peppers. Add chicken. Heat thorough. Serve over penne pasta.
