Recipe Ingredients for Chicken (Rita) Fajita

120 g corn taco shell
450 g Boneless/skinless chicken breast
64 g onion
240 g salsa
113 g mushroom
42 g jalapeno
421 g refried beans, fat free
292 g diced tomatoes with green chilies
40 g crushed red pepper flakes
42 g Shedd's Spread margarine

Recipe Directions for Chicken (Rita) Fajita

  1. Boil chicken until cooked.

  2. Cube cooked chicken (say that three times real fast).

  3. Pan fry chicken, onion, and mushroom (use pan spray only).

  4. Put in taco shell and heat in oven for 2-3 minutes (475).

  5. Add jalapeno & salsa (heat kills spiciness).
