Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rissoles

1000 grams Chicken, ground, raw
90 grams Bacon Rindless Short Cut Hans
0.5 cup Parsley
75 grams Onions
2 serving Dijon
3 tsp Mustard Seed, Yellow
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Egg, Whole
50 grams Breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rissoles

  1. Mix all the ingredients together then roll into little 25g rissoles.

  2. Fry in a non-stick fry pan with just a little bit of olive oil.

  3. Freeze really well.
