Recipe Ingredients for chicken risotto

125 grams rice, aborio
300 grams chicken breast
4 cups stock, chicken
80 grams bacon
100 grams mushrooms
20 grams pine nuts
50 grams capsicum
50 grams leek
20 grams peas

Recipe Directions for chicken risotto

  1. cook rice in stock in rice cooker

  2. stir fry remaining ingredients lightly

  3. when rice cooked add remaining ingredients and stir through

  4. when all flavours warmed through serve in bowls
