Recipe Ingredients for chicken and risotto casserole

1 1/4 cup arborio rice
3 1/2 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup diced onions
6 cups fat free chicken broth
8 ounces butternut squash

Recipe Directions for chicken and risotto casserole

  1. saute rice

  2. cube squash

  3. add all ingredients except chicken

  4. cook on low 4-6 hours

  5. add chicken during last hour of cooking
