Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Risotto Calzone

7 ozs condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 ozs condensed cream of mushroom soup (campbell, campbell s condensed 98 fat free)
4 cups water
2 cup milk
3/20 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen)
1/2 lb chicken breast (skinless boneless, cut into cubes)
3/4 cup arborio (uncooked, regular long grain white rice)

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Risotto Calzone

  1. Mix soup, water, milk, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken and rice in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 35 min. Stir.

  3. Bake for 10 min. or until hot and rice is done. Let stand 5 min.
