Crock Pot Chicken and Rice/Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Rice/Vegetables

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
45 oz Vegetables, Mixed
2 cup Brown Rice
6 tbsp Sauce Mix

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Rice/Vegetables

  1. Cut chicken into 1" cubes and put in crock pot

  2. add the cans No Salt Added Vegetables, drain and add to crock pot

  3. Add 1 3/4 cups of warm water with sause mix stirred in, to crock pot.

  4. Cook on low heat for about 8 hrs.

  5. the last hr. tur to high and add 2 cups of minute brown rice.

  6. Cook until rice is tender, serve over biscuits
