Recipe Ingredients for chicken & rice w-vegetables

2 strips Chicken Breast Strips
2/3 cup Mixed Vegetables
1 cup(195 g) Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 clove Garlic
1 cup, chopped(149 g) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 teaspoon Dark Brown Sugar
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 serving Ground Cumin Spice

Recipe Directions for chicken & rice w-vegetables

Cut in small pieces and Brown chicken strips. Add spices, onion, green peppers and vegetables. Simmer until chicken is done about 8 minutes. Add a little water is too dry, the water from the vegetables is usually enough. Spoon onto brown rice.
