Chicken and Rice mixed Vegatable risotto

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Rice Vegetable

1 cups of long grain white rice
1/2 cups of brocolli, sliced
1/2 cups Carrots, sliced
1/2 cups of cauliflower, sliced
1 Chicken Stock Cubes
2 tbsp of pesto
1 1/2 tbsp Margarine
50 g chedder cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Rice Vegetable

  1. add 2 cups of water in a small pot with Knorr Chicken Bouillon cube. Bring water to a boil on high heat.

  2. add rice, brocolli, cauliflower and reduce heat. Cover and let it simmer for approximately 12-15 minutes or until all the liquid has evaporated.

  3. add pesto, margarine and chedder. Mixed until chedder has melted into the rice and vegatable mix.
